1. Refund Policy for Paid Listing Packages

When purchasing a paid listing package on FollowMeToGreece.com, you agree to the following terms:

  • All purchases for listing packages are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.
  • Your payment covers the subscription period as stated in the package description at the time of purchase.
  • If you decide to discontinue using our services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds—whether full or partial—will be issued for the remaining duration of your paid subscription.
  • Your listing will remain active until the end of your current subscription period, after which it will not be renewed unless you choose to extend or renew the package.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your listing will stay active until the end of your paid subscription period. After that, it will no longer be visible unless you renew your plan.
  • Failure to manually renew a subscription will result in automatic expiration of the listing at the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptional Cases

We may consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount upon verification.
  • Service Not Delivered: If, due to a system failure on our end, your listing does not go live within a reasonable time after purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you suspect fraudulent activity or an unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately with proof of the transaction.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Changes to this Policy

FollowMeToGreece.com reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to all future purchases.
