Villa Naya Overview
Villa Naya is a newly constructed property, operational since July 2023. The villa spans 180 square meters and can accommodate 10-12 guests. It is situated in a scenic location with beautiful views of the sea and the lively activity of passing boats.
Design and Architecture
The villa features a modern architectural theme with polished exposed concrete walls and ceilings, complemented by colorful interior furnishings. The gardens on top of each cave villa are planted with flora that matches the surrounding environment.
Access and Parking
Villa Naya has a private driveway leading to ample parking space for guests. The main entrance is marked by a quartz mosaic floor. The villa is built on two levels, with the main entrance on the top floor. Access to all levels is facilitated by a sliding door lift (wheelchair accessible) and grey polished marble steps.
Pool and Outdoor Area
The villa boasts an impressive 80-square-meter infinity pool with two sections. One section has shallow waters with double jacuzzi jets, perfect for children, while the other has a 60-square-meter deep area for experienced swimmers. The pool area includes modern sunbeds, a couch, armchairs, a shower facility, and a long dining table. Under a large pergola, there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, side burner, gas pizza maker, and fridge, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining.
Bedrooms and Living Spaces
Villa Naya has three bedrooms, each with double beds. The 45-square-meter master bedroom on the first floor includes an en-suite bathroom and a private sitting area with two sofa beds, suitable for a family of four. The two ground-floor bedrooms are separated from the living room by a tempered glass door and have sliding doors that open to the external area with sea and pool views. An additional auxiliary space on the first floor can serve as a fourth bedroom or playroom, increasing the sleeping capacity by two more persons.
The communal living area includes a comfortable corner sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a fourth bathroom. A glass roof in the kitchen area allows natural light to flood the space, enhancing the luxurious feel of the property.
